Under armour for indoor track?PLEASE HELP!?
Q. I'm not sure which under armour to use for indoor track. Heat gear or cold gear? Also, which offers better support and compression and doesn't ride up or wrinkle. Here are some descriptions: New ColdGear brushed fabrication combine enhanced thermal protection and moisture management with slip-on feel for added comfort. adjusts to your body temperature to prevent you from heating up or cooling down too quickly. The waffle weave micro-fiber fabric against your body wicks away moisture while providing warm, dry comfort. ColdGear's fabric works like channels to displace your body's heat throughout the shirt, not just in "hot sports" like your lower back and torso creating a radiant warmth inside the shirt that keeps you warm all over … [cont.]

A. Heat gear for sure. It gets extremely hot towards the end of a meet. Heat gear also kind of works in the cold. I used heat gear for some track meets my freshman year and it was actually better than cold gear. When I used cold gear I get too hot no matter how cold it is outside. Go with the heat gear.

Physics..Questions! Please help~?
Q. How much heat must be added to a 3-kg block of ice at -23 C to change it to water at 8 degrees? How much heat needs to be removed from 100 g of 85 C water to make -5 C ice? A person makes ice tea by adding ice to 1.8 kg of hot tea, initially at 80 C. How many kilograms of ice, initially at 0 C, are required to bring the mixture to 10 C? i got the answer as 1.4 kg . You may have noticed that when you get out of a swimming pool and stand dripping wet in a light breeze, you feel much colder than you feel after you dry off. Why is this? a. The water on your skin is colder than the surrounding air. b. The moisture on your skin has good thermal conductivity. c. 540 calories of heat are required to evaporate each gram of water from your skin,… [cont.]

WHAT IS THE ROLE OF ORGANIC WASTES IN SUB-SOILS TO GLOBAL WARMING?
Q. The experience in our agriculture & forestry practice with regards to soil rehabilitation & reforestation is that they still suffer the effects of global warming by droughts & forest fires. In this vein, the Philippine technology has an approach distinct to our common & current methods. Unlike top soil rehabilitation of arable land (loam to clay) as suitable in agriculture, the Philippine technology (known as implantation) will aim the subsoil of non-arable land &/or wasteland (sandy). And contrary to chemical fertilizers, it will use pure & natural organic waste materials such as post harvest crop waste materials, forest litters, etc. As such, there is no question that organic materials will improve the soil s fertilization but the author… [cont.]

A. Organic wastes have no role whatsoever assuming you mean natural waste from animals or plants. They are part of the carbon cycle. That is basic science not that science matters to alarmists since they consider cattle to be a cause as well. I realize you are aren't an alarmist but you seem to make up your own science like them.
